All
your backups are differential images of your system compared to the base
image taken by system administrator.
The backup dialog gives you information about the base image.
You can have up to three differential images. They are numbered
automatically.
Each image is tagged with a date and a description.
The backup is done over the network. The time for the backup depends of
the operating system type, the size of the installation, the number of the
modifications compared to the base image and the network settings.
Differential images are stored in the order of their creation. When you
will take a fourth snapshot of your computer's system disk, the dialog
will be automatically expanded. You can select one of the three existing
differential images to be overwritten with the new snapshot image. Only the system
administrator can take a new base image.
